Is there a private parking lot?

A

No, we do not have our own parking lot. However, there are 7 coin parking lots within a 1 to 2-minute walk from the facility (as of November 2023). Please refer to this link for the locations of the parking lots.

Is shampoo and body soap provided? What about toothbrushes and nightwear?

A

Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are available. Toothbrushes are provided, but we do not offer nightwear or pajamas.

Are towels provided?

A

Yes, towels are provided.
In the main building, one set of towels is offered per person per day.
For the detached facility "Annex," the number of towel sets provided varies depending on the reservation plan, so please check your reservation details. Additionally, in the privately rented Annex, there is a complimentary washing and drying machine available for guests to use.

Is Wi-Fi available in the facility?

A

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility.

Is there a kitchen, and are dishes and seasonings provided?

A

The detached facility ("Annex") for private rental includes a kitchen. While basic Western tableware and cooking utensils are provided, we do not offer permanent provision of seasonings for hygiene reasons. The main building does not have a kitchen.

What type of accommodation is it?

A

The Main building is a guesthouse with shared entrance and corridors, and the guest room floor is exclusively for women. Each bedroom has its own washbasin, toilet, and shower. Each bedroom and the shared entrance have locks, and unlocking is possible with a passcode. For more details, please visit this link.
The detached facility ("Annex") is a privately rented house. For more details, please visit this link.

Is it a non-smoking facility?

A

Yes, the entire facility and premises are non-smoking. The use of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited.

Are there curfew hours?

A

No, there is no curfew. Check-in is possible between 4:00 PM and 10:30 PM.

How is key handover done?

A

Unlocking is done with a passcode, and key handover is not available. The passcode will be provided after completing the check-in procedure on the day of arrival.

Is it possible to stay with pets?

A

No, we do not allow pets.

Can we have a barbecue?

A

No, barbecues are not allowed. While "Annex 2" has a rooftop, access is prohibited for safety reasons except during emergencies.

Is it possible to store luggage before and after check-in?

A

We do not have a dedicated space for luggage storage, so please consult with us in advance. Regarding luggage storage before check-in, please discuss this with us in advance, specifying the desired drop-off time. Generally, we do not accept luggage storage after check-out, but depending on future reservation availability, an extension of the check-out time may be possible with an additional fee. If you wish to explore this option, please consult with us as early as possible.

Is it possible to receive a delivered package at the accommodation?

A

Please consult with us in advance. Depending on the circumstances, if possible, we will provide guidance on necessary information to be filled out such as address or remarks. Please note that " Annex " is a building designated for guest stays. Even if you send a package to the address of " Annex ", there is a possibility that other guests may be staying, and our staff cannot accept it, so please be aware of this.

Do you offer bicycle rentals?

A

No, we do not offer bicycle rentals. However, there are multiple ports of the bike-sharing service "Charichari" available in Nishijin. The nearest Charichari port is located at Nishijin Kita Bicycle Parking Lot, which is situated behind the main building. Please note that the operating hours for Nishijin Kita Bicycle Parking Lot are from 6:00 to 22:00. (Operating hours are subject to change, so please confirm with us before use.)

Can I make a reservation on the same day?

A

No, we do not accept reservations on the day of arrival.

Can I pay on-site?

A

No, we only accept reservations with prepayment.

How can I make a reservation?

A

We only accept reservations through online booking. If you are considering long-term stays during periods when online reservations are not accepted, please contact us directly.

Is it possible for minors to stay alone?

A

Customers under the age of 15 cannot stay alone. For those aged 15 and above, you can stay with the submission of a consent form from a legal guardian. If there are only multiple minors aged 15 and above staying, consent forms for all guests are required. Please download the consent form from here, print it out, fill it in by hand, and send a scanned copy or photo to our email address by the day before check-in. Especially if submitting a photo, please ensure that all text is legible. For further details, please refer to the consent form.

Is Nishijin Station close by? Where is the nearest ground-level exit?

A

Yes, both the Main building and Annex are within a 1-minute walk from the nearest ground-level exit of Nishijin Station. The nearest ground-level exit for "Annex" is Exit 3, and for the Main building, it is Exit 8. If you wish to use an elevator, please use Exit 8. Please refer to this link for reference.

Yes, Nishin Gakuin University Cross Plaza is approximately a 4-minute walk away.

Is it convenient to access from Fukuoka Airport, Tenjin, and Hakata?

A

Yes, the required time to reach Nishijin Station on the Fukuoka City Subway Airport Line is as follows:

- Approximately 7 minutes from "Tenjin Station"
- Approximately 12 minutes from "Hakata Station"
- Approximately 18 minutes from "Fukuoka Airport Station"
